Jerry S. Stern, M.D. was born in New York City, New York. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and New York University School of Medicine. After completing a medical internship and residency at Boston City Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts he went on to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Boston VA Medical Center, Boston University School of Medicine. Mark L. Finklestein, M.D. was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Yale Medical School. After completion of an internship and medical residency at Boston City Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts he went on to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Tufts University affiliated hospital program. Howard A. Salomons, M.D. was born in New York City, New York. He is a graduate of Brandeis University and Baylor College of Medicine. After completion of an internship of medical residency at Boston City Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts he went on to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Boston University Medical Center. Kurt A. Slye, M.D. is a graduate of University of Virginia and University of Virginia School of Medicine. Alex A. Teixeira, M.D. was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He graduated from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. After completing an internship and medical residency at Flushing Medical Center Dr. Teixeira went on to complete a fellowship at the New York Hospital of Queens. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified in Gastroenterology. Daniela Prodanovic, M.D. was born in Serbia. She is a graduate of the Medical College of NOVI SAD, where she also did postgraduate work in neurobiology. After completion of an internship, medical residency and chief residency at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens she went on to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens. Dr. Prodanovic is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
